Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate is high motivated & disciplined, and passionate about helping others
  • Must hold a Life Insurance License in your home state OR be willing to obtain. We are able to assist you in the process if you do not currently have one.
  • 1-2 years experience selling a product or service preferred - not required
  • Extremely coachable & motivated
  • Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals
  • Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating
  • Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ability to work remotely

  • Learn our sales system, schedule appointments and meet with clients virtually - Complete initial phone discovery to match client's with the best insurance solutions, and present options via consultative appointment following our process
  • Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with clients to ensure policies are placed and clients are protected
  • Ability to help client's will allow for referral opportunities, and ability to grow your portfolio, while also growing your impact
  • Meet and exceed targets - Achieve monthly and quarterly individual goals for yourself
  • Track progress and results - Tracking is key, tracking activity will allow your leaders to provide coaching to help you grow in the role
  • Ability to learn & grow - Be willing to learn products & carriers, and our process so you can improve at effectively helping clients accomplish their goals

Job description

The Henrie Agency is looking for an Insurance Broker to join our team. This person will actively seek out and engage prospective customers, follow our sales process & system to find success, be coachable and ready to learn!

 

The ideal candidate is highly motivated & disciplined, and passionate about helping others. We are seeking those that love to learn, are not afraid of a challenge, and are able to stay well managed.

 

Responsibilities:

• Learn our sales system, schedule appointments and meet with clients virtually - Complete initial phone discovery to match client's with the best insurance solutions, and present options via consultative appointment following our process.
